What each label means

Anyone can send us a property. So you know exactly what we have checked and what we have not, every imported listing carries one of these three labels.

AI Imported: The information was supplied digitally (text, photos or screenshots) by the person named as the contact and turned into a listing by an automated system. We have not checked it. The price and details are what that person stated.
Agent Confirmed: The agent or owner confirmed, on the date shown, that the property is still available at that price. It is still their statement, not ours.
Network Visited: Someone from our team visited the property on the date shown. Facts marked "seen in person" on the listing were checked by us.

Availability

For listings whose submitter opted in, we ask once a month whether the property is still available. Green: confirmed within the last 30 days. Amber: 31 to 60 days. Grey: more than 60 days without confirmation; at 90 days the listing is taken down.

Before you pay anything

Never send money to reserve a property you have not verified in person or through someone you trust. PropertiesInVenezuela takes no part in the negotiation or the payment, receives no money from buyers, and cannot vouch for the seller's identity or the title of the property.

If a listing is yours and you did not authorise it, or if you spot a fraud, ask us to remove it at /retirar.
