- Each inquiry arrives with the buyer's budget, timeline and question, exactly as they wrote it.

How does joining work?
1. Claim your profile
Find your name in the directory and enter your WhatsApp or email. We send a confirmation link.
2. We confirm it is you
If the contact matches one we already have from your listings, the profile is claimed as soon as you open the link.
3. We meet
During the Margarita visit we meet, verify your details in person and switch on the badge.
4. Inquiries start arriving
From then on, inquiries about your listings go straight to you.
Where do the existing listings come from?
- Part of the inventory is compiled from public sources (for example Century 21 Venezuela and VenezuelaRealEstate.net) to give buyers a complete view of the market.
- Every aggregated listing names its source and links to the original publication. Agent details are shown as they appear at the source.
- When an agent claims their profile, listings under their name are attributed to their verified profile.
- Every additional fact about a property is labelled by origin: seen in person, reported by the agent, reported by the owner, or unverified.
How do I ask for a listing or profile to be removed?
If a listing or profile is yours and you do not want it shown, use the removal form. Requests are honoured automatically: the listing or profile stops showing when you submit, and you receive an acknowledgement by email.
